How can I create a  new username?

If you are a user with Administrator privileges, you can create a new user by going to tremoflo --> User Management --> New (Bottom left of the popup window).

I forgot my username, can I still access the database?

You can access the same database through different users. The user with Administrator privileges can create a new username for you to access the same database.

If you don't have any user with Administrator privileges, please contact Thorasys Technical Support.
