I am getting an error message saying the device cannot connect, already in use. What can I do?

If you get an error message stating your device is already in use, that is probably because the IP address you are using is already taken by another device. 

In this case, try changing the last section of the IP address to something else, it can be anything other than 240, from 0 to 255.

For example, if your IP address is currently 192.168.1.241, then change it 192.168.1.250. This should solve the problem, if not, please contact THORASYS Technical Support.
